ContractScan AI provides AI-powered contract analysis. Output is informational and is not legal advice. Always consult a qualified attorney before signing.

2. Account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials safe.

3. Acceptable use

Do not upload content you do not have the right to analyze, and do not use the service to violate any law or third-party rights.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the Billing page; charges already incurred are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
