1. What we collect

When you create an account we store your email and authentication identifiers. When you upload a contract we store the file, the extracted text, and the AI-generated analysis in our secure cloud storage.

2. How we use your data

Your contracts are processed by Lovable AI strictly to generate the analysis you requested. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your contracts to train third-party models.

3. Storage & encryption

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Contracts are isolated per user via row-level security and you can delete any document at any time.

4. Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors required to deliver the service (cloud hosting, AI inference, payments). Each is bound by a data-processing agreement.

5. Your rights

You may export or delete your data at any time from the Dashboard, or by writing to hello@contractscanai.com.
